Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing orders, booking test rides, or participating in Bin Mansir promotional contests.

1. Introduction & Binding Agreement

Welcome to Bin Mansir Electric Bikes ("Bin Mansir", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing an electric vehicle or accessories, booking a showroom test ride, or registering for promotional campaigns, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all incorporated policies.

2. Vehicle Specifications, Pricing & Orders

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦ NGN). While we take extreme care to ensure accurate range estimates, battery capacities, and motor wattages across our Urban Glide, City Commuter, Cargo Hauler, and Off-Road models, real-world battery performance may vary based on terrain, payload weight, rider pedaling assistance, and weather conditions. Official invoices remain valid for 14 calendar days from issuance.

3. 2-Year Factory Warranty Charter

Every brand-new Bin Mansir electric bicycle is protected by our standard warranty charter:

• Structural Aircraft Aluminum Frame: 24 months against manufacturing defects or weld failures.
• High-Torque Brushless Hub Motor: 24 months against internal coil burn or bearing defects under standard operation.
• Lithium-Ion Battery Pack: 12 months guarantee to retain at least 70% of original rated storage capacity.
• Electronic Speed Controller & Display: 12 months electrical failure replacement.

Warranty claims must be serviced by authorized technicians at our official showrooms. Damage resulting from submersion, reckless stunt riding, or non-certified third-party battery modifications is excluded.

4. Test Ride Safety Protocols

Riders scheduling test rides at our Katsina Main Branch or other showroom facilities must possess basic bicycle riding competency and follow safety instructions provided by showroom staff. Protective helmets are provided and required during test rides.

5. Promotional Raffles & Lucky Draw Campaigns

When participating in any promotional lucky draw or campaign on this platform:

• You acknowledge that lucky draw numbers chosen upon payment confirmation are permanently locked and non-exchangeable.
• You must abide by the specific campaign limit (e.g. 1 per person or multi-ticket allowance) and provide genuine contact details.
• Winner selection is automated and transparent using certified random algorithms without replacement.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising in connection with transactions or warranty claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Katsina State, Nigeria.

Bin Mansir Electric Bikes operates in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA). We respect your constitutional right to privacy and ensure all personal information is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with our mobility portal, we may collect:

• Identity & Contact: Full legal name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number.
• Geographic Location: State of residence, Local Government Area (LGA), and street delivery address for vehicle and prize fulfillment.
• Commercial Orders: Quotation specifications, fleet fleet sizes, and order tracking codes.
• Contest Entries: Unique ticket identifiers, locked lucky draw numbers, and transaction confirmation references.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your data solely to:

• Confirm and issue digital lucky draw tickets and reserve lucky numbers.
• Verify automated bank transfer and PalmPay clearing.
• Contact winners for prize handover, showroom collection, or courier dispatch.
• Dispatch purchased e-bikes, lithium spare parts, and warranty replacements.
• Prevent fraudulent multi-registration abuse on restricted campaigns.

4. Banking & Payment Security

We never store, log, or have access to your bank passwords, debit card PINs, or banking tokens. All payments are completed through encrypted automated virtual accounts provided by certified financial partners.

5. Third-Party Sharing Restrictions

Bin Mansir Electric Bikes will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared only with verified logistics partners (for parcel delivery) and regulatory bodies where strictly required by Nigerian law.

6. Your Data Rights

Under the NDPA, you have the right to request access to your recorded personal data, request correction of inaccurate phone numbers or addresses, or request data deletion subject to legal audit retention requirements.

Official Lucky Draw & Raffle Policy

Our transparent charter guaranteeing fair odds, cryptographic winner selection, immutable lucky numbers, and verifiable prize fulfillment.

1. Eligibility & Participant Verification

Participation is open to Nigerian citizens and legal residents aged 18 years or older. Contestants must register with their legal full name, accurate Nigerian State and Local Government Area (LGA), active telephone/WhatsApp number, and verifiable email address. Valid government identification (NIN, Driver's License, or Voter's Card) is required upon claiming prizes.

2. Cryptographic Fairness & Draw Mechanism

Each campaign features a strictly capped total quantity (e.g. 50 slots). The draw is conducted upon reaching 100% ticket completion or on the scheduled draw date. Winner selection is executed using cryptographically secure pseudorandom algorithms with zero replacement, ensuring every ticket has an equal, mathematically fair chance of winning without manipulation.

3. Lucky Number Selection & Permanent Locking

Upon completed payment, each contestant is presented with the interactive Lucky Number Board to select their preferred number token. Once selected and confirmed, your lucky number is permanently printed on your digital certificate and locked in the database. To preserve competition integrity, numbers cannot be swapped, transferred, or modified post-confirmation.

4. Automated Bank Transfer Payment Clearing

All entries are processed through automated bank transfer checkouts (via PalmPay or Nigerian commercial banking virtual accounts). Contestants receive an instant on-screen account number and 30-minute confirmation window. An entry ticket is only officially issued and valid once the receiving bank confirms credit settlement.

5. Campaign Limits & Anti-Duplication Controls

Campaigns configured with Strict 1 / person limits prohibit multiple registrations with the same phone number or email address. Campaigns configured for Multiple Entries Allowed permit individuals to acquire multiple tickets up to the specified limit to enhance their winning probabilities.

6. Prize Claims, Handover & Logistics

Winners are published publicly on the official website and notified immediately via phone call, SMS, and WhatsApp. Winners may claim their prize in person at any official Bin Mansir showroom (Katsina Main Branch, Abuja, or Kano) or request insured door-to-door delivery across all 36 states and the FCT. Unclaimed prizes are held in escrow for thirty (30) days.

7. Non-Refundable Entry Fee

All ticket fees are final and non-refundable once an entry code is generated and credited. In the rare event that a campaign is formally cancelled by Bin Mansir prior to draw execution, 100% of collected ticket fees will be refunded to participants' originating accounts within 5 business days.
